programme CIP, thématique TIC, nous avons reçu une proposition de partenariat
que vous trouverez ci-dessous.

The Direction General of Information Society of the Government of  Castilla-La
Mancha would like to show its interest in the ICT PSP 2008 call for proposal
published on 29 January under the CIP Programme.

This DG has the following competencies throughout the region:

To elaborate and manage programmes to promote the access of citizens to the
information society

To elaborate and manage programmes to promote the use of new technologies and
to implement the information society among the regional social and economic
activities 

To elaborate and manage programmes to incorporate SMEs into the information
society

To elaborate and manage promoting initiatives to create ICT enterprises 

To promote and manage regional programme and strategic actions to develop the
information society according to the European Union programmes. 

To elaborate studies, reports about the information society state of the art

To elaborate, follow and supervision of projects included in the Regional
Strategic Plan for Telecommunication and Information Society. 


Taking into account these competencies, main interest are those of 1.3 ICT for
ageing well. 

Theme 3: ICT for government and governance. 

Theme 8: Open innovation 

All these objectives are in close relationship with the current actions of
this
DG. 

We would like to identify proposal and/or ideas linked to these areas.
