Programme CIP / Gouvernement de Castille  prêt à être partenaire de   projets

Dans le cadre de l'appel à proposition du CIP (essentiellement la thématique
pilote A pour la réduction de la charge administrative des citoyens), nous
avons reçu une proposition de participation émanant du gouvernement espagnol
régional de Castille

The Direction General of Information Society of the Government of  Castilla-La
Mancha would like to show its interest in the ICT PSP 2008 call for proposal
published on 29 April under the CIP Programme.

This DG has the following competencies throughout the region:  
-       To elaborate and manage programmes to promote the access of
citizens to
the information society  
-       To elaborate and manage programmes to promote the use of new
technologies and to implement the information society among the regional
social
and economic activities  
-       To elaborate and manage programmes to incorporate SMEs into the
information society
-       To elaborate and manage promoting initiatives to create ICT
enterprises 
-       To promote and manage regional programme and strategic actions to
develop the information society according to the European Union programmes. 
-       To elaborate studies, reports about the information society state
of the
art
-       To elaborate, follow and supervision of projects included in the
Regional Strategic Plan for Telecommunication and Information Society. 

Taking into account these competencies, main interest are those of Theme 1:
ICT
for user friendly administration, public services and inclusion.

Among the objectives included in this Theme, this department would like to
participate in project proposal in the following areas:

1.2 Reduction of administrative burdens across de EU
1.3 Emergency services accessible to all
1.4 ICT for ageing well, and
1.5 Capacity building for eInclusion

All these objectives are in close relationship with the current actions of
this
DG. 

We would like to identify proposal and/or ideas linked to these areas.
