Nom du projet: WTA Web Telecontrol Architecture

Sujet:
Web Telecontrol Architecture will be an open source web service for the
telecontrol of networks and, generally, remote resources, including security
and video surveillance.
The scope of the proposal is the development of an innovative architecture for
the "control of large scale complex distributed systems", as for example water
and energy networks, including security controls.
Expertises demandées:
· Knowledge of communication technologies (satellite, wi-fi, wi-max,
bluetooth,
UMTS, GPRS, GSM) 
· Open source SW technologies 
· Embedded SW/HW architectures 
· Electronic equipments development 
· SCADA 
· WebGIS open source architectures 
· Industrial automation and PLC's (communication protocols)

Sujet:
The purpose of this project will be development of computer models for
personalised and predictive analysis of cardiovascular diseases and
development
of ICT-based tools to model and simulate cardiovascular system pathologies and
disease-related processes. 
Expertises demandées:
1. Hospitals CCU, ICU, surgery, cardiology, anastasiology and internal
departments. 
2. A research institute which has the expertise to assess and verify the
technology. 
3. University which has the expertise in computerised mathematical-statistical
modelling analysis, interferential and correlational filtering techniques. 
4. Experts in mechano-acoustical mathematical modelling and sound and echo
mathematical modelling or analysis. 
5. Hospital and Clinics with expertise in Heart disease diagnosis based on
auscultation, echo and CT.

1. Hospital and Clinics with expertise in Heart disease diagnosis 
2. A research institute which has the expertise to assess and verify the
technology. 
3. University which has the expertise in computerised mathematical-statistical
