dans le cadre du CIP, nous avons un centre hongrois qui cherche à être
partenaire


The 4C Center is interested in the ICT PSP 2008 call for proposal published on
29th of April 2008 under the CIP Programme.

The 4C Center serves the improvement of the Information Society in the Central
and Eastern European region with special focus on e-Inclusion and
e-Government.


We provide communication, cooperation, research, technical assistance, and
consultancy services on the following topics:
·       e – Governance / e - Society 
·       Digital Opportunities / Combat digital illiteracy 
·       Public Access Points / Information society services

Based on our expertise our main domain of interest is under Theme 1: ICT for
user friendly administration, public services and inclusion.
From the objectives included in this Theme, our Center is interested in
participating in project proposals from the following areas:
1.2 Reducing administrative burdens and
1.5 Capacity building for eInclusion

Current tasks:   
–       Building inter-institutional partnerships.  
–       Providing consultancy services to the eHungary Centrum.  
–       Networking with the approximately 500 graduated and already active
eConsultants. 
–       Coordinating the ongoing training of the eConsultants within the
eHungary Project.
–       Promoting the project. 

Main partners, projects:

IHM (Ministry of Informatics and Communications)   
–       Mapped the usage of information society services  national survey and
analysis  
–       Conducted a national survey about the need for information society
trainings  
–       Organized the Information Society Awareness-Raising Campaign (2
conferences, 7 roadshows, awareness-raising material) 
–       Developed a strategy for the development of human infrastructure in
community access points
–       Devised the eConsultant training material 

GKM (Ministry of Economy and Transport)   
–       Devised a motivational training material for the population on ICT
competence training   
–       Offered consultancy for 2007 and 2008 Information Society work and
budget planning  
–       Developed the eConsultant training material and coordinated the pilot
training
–       Conducted an eHungary network survey
–       Supervised the development and maintenance of the eHungary database   

OKM (Ministry of Education and Culture)   
–       Developed the action plan for the Social Renewal Operative Program
3.2.7  human infrastructure development for equal opportunities in the
information society 
–       Offered consultancy in the field of ICT for the Development
Department  
T-Online  OTP (National Savings and Commercial Bank):   
–       Conducted a national survey on Internet usage habits  
–       Developed a training material for the spreading of online service
usage
for the population  
Association of Hungarian Librarians   
–       Prepared and conducted the awareness-raising campaign entitled
“Librarians as Info-Communication Experts” 
–       Planned the project “Campaign for Digital Literacy” 
IDRC  telecenter.org (International Development Research Centre, Canada)   
–       Organized and provided professional leadership for the “eInclusion
International Conference”  
–       Conducted research on the usage and possibilities of community access
points in Hungary  
–       Developed a Strategic Plan for the development of an Eastern European
eInclusion Network
