The 4C Center serves the improvement of the Information Society in the Central and Eastern European region with special focus on e-Inclusion and e-Government. We provide communication, cooperation, research, technical assistance, and consultancy services on the following topics: · e – Governance / e - Society · Digital Opportunities / Combat digital illiteracy · Public Access Points / Information society services Based on our expertise our main domain of interest is under Theme 1: ICT for user friendly administration, public services and inclusion. From the objectives included in this Theme, our Center is interested in participating in project proposals from the following areas: 1.2 Reducing administrative burdens and 1.5 Capacity building for eInclusion Please see here under short reference. References Current tasks: – Building inter-institutional partnerships. – Providing consultancy services to the eHungary Centrum. – Networking with the approximately 500 graduated and already active eConsultants. – Coordinating the ongoing training of the eConsultants within the eHungary Project. – Promoting the project.
