They are looking for:
n       Experts in digitizing (searchable content as output) in
multilingual OCR
and searching including Asian languages 
n       Infrastructure provider 
n       Expert in optimizing automatic classification methods 
n       User groups either in large companies (sectors healthcare,
location-based services) or universities 
n       Administrative coordinator from EU Member State of Associated State

The partners can be:
n       Software companies and/or research labs specialized in OCR technology,
meta data standards, multi-lingual character recognition and searching 
n       Institutions not having access to Digital Libraries

Nom provisoire du projet: Intelligent Manager for Incoherent documentation
"DOMAIN2"

Sujet:
To correct the problems related to the existence of incoherences in a set of
documentation, the main objective of this proposal deals with the analysis,
design and development of diverse prototypes for incoherence detection in a
document corpus and also to establish a proper methodology for generation of
new documentation free of incoherences and its management and maintenance. The
proposal deals also with the development of an intelligent system prototype to
cover the problems presented in the documentation handled in specific domains,
and evaluate its suitability. Generalization of this prototype to other
sectors
and domains will improve documents and content accessibility, usability,
management, maintenance, and workflow, contributing to the principles of the
"i2010: Digital Libraries” initiative.
