The main type of partners would be able to provide 
(1) psychological and psychometric assessments and 
(2) sophisticated medical test facilities e.g. a hospital, medical institute,
etc; which has access to patients and to a sophisticated range of medical test
facilities. 
(3) A research institute which has the expertise to assess and verify the
theoretical claims for the technology. This would require expertise in
'cognition', psychology, (bio)mathematical modeling, bio-physics.

rescue services.

language by using avatar technology.
