From: Patrick SCHOULLERSubject: programme CIP / une institution de sécurité sociale turque souhaite être partenaire de projets Madame monsieur Dans le cadre des projets du programme CIP, plus particulièrement la thématique réduction de la charge pour les contribuables, une grande institution de sécurité sociale turque fait part de son souhait d'être partenaire dans un projet Social Security Institution(SSI) was established by Law no:5502 on May 20th 2006. It associated; Pension Fund, Social Insurances Institution and Self-Employed Institution as an SSI. For Workers, Self-Employed and Civil Servants; Equality of rights and liabilities in regard to pensions, cash and kind benefits in case of incapacity to work and health will be achieved. Social Security Institution of Turkey is willing to implement a Pilot B project. The project name is Social Security Agreements Database Integrity. Pilot Type B - It is intended to support one pilot action for up to 4.5 M€ of EU contribution. A minimum of 4 emergency service providers from 4 different countries need to be involved. 50% per cent of total amount can be financed by EU, and remaining amount is to be paid by providers countries. We hope to have an opportunity of better and faster service provision for the insured people in mentioned countries. Therefore; this Project aims that insured people who are working or residing in mentioned countries to be covered by the Project, as well as their service knowledge to be monitored and transacted. Furthermore; with this Project, participants insurance knowledge, service periods, benefit level for various insurance types, entitlement for a pension, statistical data on numbers of workers and the self-employed, average pensions in different insurances branches in case of complementing agreement will be entered in Social Security Institutions database which is connected to a common database. Thus; each Institution would be able to see, check and transact this information. Therefore all transactions period would be shortened and made easier. The system would work via internet and high-security and common database will be used for it. Thus; participants and institutional knowledge will be able to be protected.
